WHAT IS YOUR POLICY FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS?
Customers are responsible for any damage to the unit that occurs as a result of any event that does not fall into the realm of "standard usage". This includes speakers being knocked over, water damage, and other causes of damage outside of their intended use.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept ACH, Credit Cards, CashApp, and Zelle payments.
DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY?
Our preferred method of rental includes a white glove setup and delivery, but in certain cases pickup is available.
